A Conference Titled “Learning Arabic as a Foreign Language: A Future Plan, Opportunities, and Possibilities” Was Held
Ersin Çilek, a faculty member of our department, delivered a conference titled “Learning Arabic as a Foreign Language: A Future Plan, Opportunities, and Possibilities” at Bartın Anatolian Imam Hatip High School.
During the conference, information was provided about the Arabic language, Arabic-speaking countries, institutions offering Arabic language education in Türkiye, and the employment opportunities available for graduates of Arabic Language programs, including positions within the General Directorate of Security, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the General Directorate of Foundations. Information was also given about career opportunities in the private sector.
At the end of the conference, students’ questions regarding the topic were answered.
